SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders generally ship within 2 or 3 days.

Standard (Ground) Shipping will be by US Postal Service or UPS, depending on the weight of your order.

International orders will be evaluated for weight and value and we will advise you of shipping costs prior to shipping your order. You should determine if your order will be subject to import fees and any import fees will be your responsibility.

Shipping charges will include a handling fee. This fee covers the USPS or UPS pickup charge, cost of packing materials and insurance.

RETURNS

Returns must be made within 10 days. We allow return of items in their original packaging and in new condition, with no return on partial items, such as a partial strand of stone beads. Full refund of purchase price will be made only if the items are returned within 10 days and in new condition. After 10 days and up to 30 days, we will accept returns for exchange or store credit. EMAIL IF YOU NEED TO RETURN ITEMS so that we can give you return shipping information.

THERE IS NO RETURN ON SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS.
